Have a Slithery Chinese New Year - Family Fun Day

Celebrate the Year of the Snake at The Bowes Museum with these fun drop in activities for all the family.
1. Meet an incredible range of REAL friendly animals from Jay’s Animal Encounters including the worlds longest and heaviest species of snake!
2. Celebrate the Year of the Snake by making your very own snake mask, snake rattle, bookmark and puppet!
3. Learn about Chinese New Year and create some Chinese inspired crafts including a Chinese New Year card!
4. Explore the Museum with a Chinese New Year themed trail
Children must be accompanied by an adult, for whom normal admission applies.
