Seasonal Retail Assistant

The Bowes Museum is pleased to announce that it is looking for seasonal retail staff.

Successful candidates will become part of the retail team through our busier period and  YSL Style is Eternal Exhibition.

Icon/HLF Conservation Internships

In 2014 the Museum was awarded Heritage Lottery Funding to run a 5 year ‘Skills for the Future’ project, hosting year-long paid internships, in association with the Institute of Conservation.

We are recruiting for 2 Textile Conservation interns, and one Paintings Conservation intern, to begin in October 2015.

The Bowes Museum has a workforce of approximately 70 employees and over 100 volunteers, all of whom come from varying backgrounds and offer the Museum a diverse range of knowledge and skills.
