Dear Ms Fletcher,

I visited Bowes Museum today with my family. We had a lovely day, the food in the cafe is delicious and the staff were all very helpful and friendly with my children. The silver swan was a great hit as usual, I was impressed with the toddler trail which was pitched at the perfect level, and we all enjoyed the hands on activities.
