Jen Cuthill

I’m an artist currently based in the North East of England, having graduated from Fine Art at the Glasgow School of Art in 2020. I am currently focused on ceramics, but my practice also spans painting, printmaking, drawing and stone carving.

I’m interested in finding magic in the mundane and looking at everyday experiences or objects as portals that can transport you to dream narratives and collapse time. Drawing from archaeology, mythology, architecture and ecology, the objects and images I create try to provide a glimpse into a world dug up from the ground and sculpted into new narratives.
