Gallery Takeover: Map Makers
Take a closer look at the art around you, then make something inspired by what you find. Inspired by the landscapes and terrains of Impressions of Light: Masterpieces from MuMa Le Havre and The Bowes Museum, collect ideas and inspiration to use in creating your own map. Guided by a member of the Learning Team, you’ll consider the nature and terrain found in our landscape paintings and put these ideas to use in the Create Space as we become map makers.
Starting in Reception, recommended for ages 5+, children under 14 must be accompanied.

To reserve your place click ‘book tickets’ and select the ticket that suits you. We’ll confirm your membership when you arrive, or you can pay for a day ticket/ join as a member on the day.
