Stir Up Sunday

The Sunday before advent, discover the ingredients that go into a Christmas pudding, stir The Bowes Museum’s Christmas pudding and make a wish! Then create your very own spiced, filled Christmas pudding Christmas tree decoration to take home. In a slight twist to the tradition, you can eat a (chocolate) coin instead of adding it to your pud!

Please note that Stir Up Sunday is a drop-in event. You can pop in anytime between 10:30 and 3:30. This event is free for Members. Otherwise please book a Membership or Day Ticket to access this event. Remember kids go free so only adults will require a ticket.
