The Bowes Museum is seeking a creative and proactive Producer (Young People and Adults) to develop and deliver engaging learning programmes, events and projects that connect young people and adults with the museum’s collections, building and parkland. Working collaboratively with colleagues, community groups, partners, artists, designers and makers, the role will champion co-production, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities that encourage curiosity, creativity and engagement with social, cultural and global issues. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people and adult audiences, strong communication and interpretation skills, and experience of developing programmes, community engagement and commissioning creative practitioners.
